  We did contact seller. Product was used. We did not get the promised amount. We wanted a full refund as we do not intend to give our dogs used product. We got about a third of the refund we wanted. Will not use that seller again. We want a full refund. We are waiting for a free label to send back to seller. Not satisfied at all!

  Great item and as described, however please note the seller equires a signature for delivery. I had to miss a half days work to recieve item...which increased the cost of this "deal" significantly :(
