  Item isn’t really a rug. It’s just flimsy and thin. It was folded up so had a bunch of creases on it and wouldn’t sit properly on the floor. Any movement and the rug just moved about on the floor. They told me to iron it and would offer £5 refund. I declined ans they stopped responding. Opened case and they offered the same. Then stopped responding again. EBay closed case with a refund for me.
