  ABS sensor assy first one arrived with slight handling damage from courier. Sent photo and rang explaining the issue, delivery time recorded to time issue reported was such my issue would have to be considered legitimate,(ie not damaged by trying to fit to vehicle .) Both counter and manager agreed and comitted to an urgent replacement. Communication of tracking was supplied and new part arrived from Ayrshire to Worcester in under ten hours very impressive good value for money car repaired.👌

  Without realising that I was on the silver wheel nut section, I requested black ones, they were out of stock at time of asking but I was kept informed of when they were available, and when they were, I received the black ones very quickly. Good communicator and and seller. I've used them in the past, I'll use them in the future too.

  Brilliant seller! I called to check if the TPMS sensor was right for my Qashqai. He confirmed and even swapped the metal valve for a rubber one as requested. I ordered around 3:30pm and it arrived next morning! Fitted it at the garage during tyre change — works perfectly and cleared the TPMS warning. Great communication, super fast dispatch, spot-on item, and excellent value. Very happy and highly recommended!
