  Awesome seller. Most of the Neg reviews seem to be from people that either don't actually read description or have a shipping issue. I picked up rather than shipping and these guys are awesome. There was a small issue on their end, but they remedied it and it resulted in a better deal for me. Pickup, so no comment on packaging. Phenomenal price if you are in driving distance. I will 100% be a return customer.

  Seller was perfect shipping was fine. Packaging was perfect, the item was in better condition than was described, and the price is fair. After having a Bambu lab A1 mini, probably even $5 is too much for this in my opinion but the $15 I paid was a really fair price compared to the original. Glad I got this at a really steep discount I would have kicked myself if I paid full price for this really terribly designed 3D printer. lol Bambu Lab A1 mini combo great for toys, this not so much.

  While each printer came separately, they were packed in the original Elgoo boxes. The two Neptune 4 Max's were shipped via Sendle while a Neptune 3 max that I wasn't aware of came in from USPS. They did come as described. I.e. with some faults. Honestly the extra priniter I got just makes this better value, especially when the 3rd one seems to work without issues.

  ‼️ Sent the wrong item, I notified seller that I would like to return the wrong item that they sent. Seller gave me attitude and did not try to sent the correct item, but did refund. Disappointing!

  Amazing Customer Support. Item arrived in two shippments like mentioned in description. Packaged properly. Unfortunatly both units had the same issues and could not get 1 unit to function. Customer support has been amazing and they are providing the necessary parts. This project is definetly design for people with basic troubleshooting skills and patience. Will definetly buy from again.
