We are based in NY and we sell a variety of items, from beauty products to clothes to car accessories and more. We have been selling on eBay since 2010.

SHIPPING: We generally ship next day, sometimes even same day. Some larger and delicate items may require a longer handling time. Our local post office is not open on Saturdays and Sundays. Most orders after 3pm on Friday will ship on Monday.

RETURNS: We allow returns on most items. In order to qualify for a full refund, items must be returned in original condition and with all parts, including product boxes and original manufacturer wrap.

SUPPORT: We are happy to answer any questions and typically respond within 24 hours. Questions about parts may require manufacturer assistance.
