  I would definitely recommend this seller. Very good quality The item I received was in the exact same condition as per listing, and shipment packing was super safe as it was covered very well for a fragile item like laptop. The only one drawback was that the seller forgot to send an AC Adapter with the product but he immediately resolved the issue by offering me my chosen refund which was +20 dollars as I demanded. I received the refund immediately by the seller. Seller is super responsive

  Arrived exactly as advertised. It was very well packaged and wrapped in proper anti-static bags. Popped the kit out of the box, plugged it in, and it's been running 24/7. I'm very happy, the price was right for the total convenience of simply plugging it in. There were no signs of wear or even a spec of dust, everything looked brand new!

  Laptop was exactly as described no surprises and was documented properly. Will definitely consider this seller again as the experience was extremely positive. Laptop arrived packaged very securely, extremely fast but expensive shipping. I expected top service for the high shipping price (over 70 USD) and that was achieved. Would prefer more economical shipping options in the future. Good seller A+ service.

  Bulk seller but took the time to send me a quality item in the exact condition listed. Motherboard works great and includes a Windows 10 Pro key which I used for Windows 11. Packing was great as seller wrapped in this cardboard and bubble, which was packed really well. I received my item in 1 day, seller did not waste any time getting my item to me.   I bought two items from this seller, expecting one to be working and one not working. The seller accidentally mixed up which one was not working, so I received simply the opposite of the description. The seller was very apologetic and offered a full refund if I returned the product, or a partial refund if I decided to keep the product. Truly an awesome response and I would purchase again from this seller knowing I will be well looked after. Thank you!
