This package arrived with a note saying that they took special care to ensure that the item arrived in good condition, however the package was poorly packaged, and arrived with a piece of it broken off so that the item cannot be hung up by the chain that is supplied to hang it with. I contacted them and informed them of the situation. I told them to only replace the broken part, instead of the whole thing. They assured me they would . I contacted them 3 times asking for a date, and no response
