  Despite being advertised as having a flexible rubber outermost shell, the outer shell was ALSO hard plastic, meaning that the case provides no shock absorption despite being advertised as doing so. After contacting the seller and mentioning that the case was incredibly difficult to even pry open due to this, they told me to 'keep trying.' After I used tools to pry it open and put my phone inside, I THEN reported the loose fit. Seller offered $2 refund on $11.76 purchase. BAD experience.
