  The item arrived in the damaged box it was advertised to have and no shipping label. I contacted the seller and they assured me they do not send packages like that, so it was the carrier who did it. The person was very professional and worked hard to understand my concern. Very happy with outcome and communication!

  Not sure if this is a Dorman Product Because it didn't come in a Box with a label showing that it is indeed from Dorman. The pictured item shows 3 pcs, I received 4 pcs won't know if it will work until spring to put it in my car. Price was good. Seller never answered my question(s). for that i only gave 3 Stars.
