  I purchased a ring and when I received the ring I seen immediately that it was not what I ordered. I immediately contacted the seller and tried to give description and he was unwilling to fix his mistake telling me he only made profit of $3 NOT MY CONCERN. HE WAS UNWILLING TO FIX THE PROBLEM THAT HE CREATED THEN WANTED TO OFFER$3 dollars NOT ACCEPTABLE I WANTED FULL PURCHASE PRICE REFUND HE WOULD NOT REFUND ANY BUT $3.00. This WAS NOT MY MISTAKE. I HAD NO OTHER CHOICE BUT TO LEAVE NEGATIVE FEED

  I wanted a custome birth stone ring and they agreed to make one. The listing makes the stones look big, but are very tiny. It was madek quickly, shipped right away, good communication before it shipped and got here before schedule. The problem is, that I wore it to work, to show my boss and one of the stones fell out. I only had it on for about 20 minutes. It was 11 days ago and no reply. The photo shows the missing stone lower left at my thumb. I don't wear it, fearing the rest will fall out.

  I have learned that the communication delay, was due to medical issues. He kindly sent me a set of gems, to replace the missing stone and others, should it be needed. He's AA++ in my books. Please accept my appologies!
