  Ordered two sets totaling $28.01 shipped w/taxes, only shipped me one set. contacted seller and the reply "Oh, I thought it was one pair only. Sorry for the confusion, I will refund you." they shorted me and refunded a portion of the sale ($12.33). I'd choose another seller next time.

  I'm very sorry for the oversight on your order it was an honest mistake, and I responded promptly by offering to send the missing pair. You chose a refund instead, which I fully respected. Please note that the shipping cost remains the same regardless of qty, and 1 pair was correctly delivered and charged. Still, as a gesture of goodwill, I refunded not only the full amount for the missing item ($10.45) but also an additional $1.47 to cover part of the shipping.
