  I've used these "The Secretary" style ledgers for years and find that they are just what I need for my particular needs. I do double line entries for each transaction and the alternate shading is excellent for that. These are slightly different than the older ones from several years ago, but that's not problematic. They are a good value at the price, are well constructed and are finished nicely. You can't beat a paper trail for peace of mind and these making keeping records easy!
