  This hydrobag shipped quickly, packaged well and at a great price. The only issue I had was that the strap was missing when the bag arrived. I did contact the seller and they worked with me and refunded me the amount that it cost me to purchase a strap on Amazon. I would definitely buy from this seller again. Great customer service goes a long way! Thank you!

  I was a bit hesitant to buy this because of the amount of fakes that are sold online. However, the seller was super nice to me and showed me the sealed the box which gave me some confidence on it. I received the product 2 days ago. Open the box and found an authentic original product which I was able to buy brand new at 1/3 of the price. My GF will love it. Thank you.   So it was very attentive in responding back to emails package was sent out within the timeframe allotted. Unfortunately, my postal carrier decided to lose the item for approximately a week, even though he put in the computer that it was delivered. No fault to the seller sell a good job would buy from them again.
