  I ordered a pale pink sweatsirt for my granddaughter & when it arrived it wasn't the colour I chose, so then I asked for a refund, to which they replied they don't do refunds, but it categorically stated that they did, I'm just warning you all now just be wary of purchasing any products from this company after experiencing my dealings wit them

  This customer did not specify the colour required. We therefore sent the colour on the order he sent. We don't issue refunds on bespoke items due to the fact they cannot be resold. We offered to give him a replacement hoodie at cost price & also keep the red one. They refused this offer. Up until this customer we had 100% feedback, due to the fact that we always try to make things right and we do go the extra mile. Feel free to check out our feedback.   What a fantastic find with this company! Amazing communication and went over and above. The tshirt was a gift and was created quickly and was then sent super fast. It brought a huge smile to my friend’s face. Highly recommend. THANK YOU!
