The advert shows a full setup (bars with a top plate and side brackets) and on every picture it also shows side panniers. What I got was just a pair of bars. No top plate, no side brackets. When I questioned the seller. They said it was a very clear advert. If it was I wouldn't be contacting them. They said they would give me a discount on a plate but it would only work on their site away from ebay. Tried to sign up but no where to input discont code. Waste of time. Terrible customer service.
