  Paid $40.00 usd for USPS first class package international shipping. It was shipped regular ebay shipping and took almost 2 weeks to get to the CHicago depot. It is now scheduled to be delivered 24 days after ordering and I am being charged an extra $9.95 shipping (not customs). Contacted seller and was told that this was not their problem
