  This feedback has to do with the shipping process. It took nearly a month to receive the item. Very disappointed with customer service of this vendor. I would not recommend.

  The pottery part of this is nice. The glaze colors are less vibrant than pictured, though. However, the soap pump is already starting to break after a couple weeks of using it. I thought it would last longer. It seems to be a special size, too, so it might be difficult to find a replacement. It might just have to be a flower vase instead.

  This seller is awesome. Upon ordering they messaged a confirmation that they received the order. The next day they messaged me to let me know that there was an issue with the postal system in India and as soon as the issue was resolved they let me know and go the package out with the tracking number. I received my order today and it was in mint condition. Thank you so much for your professionality, quality product, and fast service.
