  The item was as described and good value for money but the drip tray was broken despite the package being well wrapped. Box did look a bit rough around the edges, it looked like it had a rough journey. Contacted seller and refund was received promptly.

  The item was received as described. Evri were very slow in the delivery of the item and both the seller and myself were required to chase this up before it moved from the sellers local depot to the delivery depot. Packaging was good and this was the best value original remote available which also was in full working order.
