  Wrong item sent. Currently in dispute with seller, my suggested solution being a $10 refund, and that they send the correct item - on me providing a tracking number that indicates that I have posted the non-backlit keyboard back to them (using their original box and internal packaging. Note that I will be paying a lot more in postage than they will. But mistakes should be put right rather than papered over.
