  As I understand it, the seller is not entirely honest. He had a fixed price plus you could offer your own amount. I offered $90 dollars, shipping at that time was $18. He agreed and I paid, 10 minutes later I received a refusal. The reason was the address and my delivery. One day later he put it up for more and increased the shipping three times.
