I chose 30-day returns because I feel that gives the buyer and me enough time to finalize the transaction. I was informed 46 days after the delivery day that you found an adjustment buckle to be installed backwards. If this communication was initiated during the return period and sending the item back confirmed your finding: a full refund would have been issued.
