  Item arrived in good condition, well packaged and as described. I had paid for guaranteed next day delivery via Royal Mail which Royal Mail did not fulfil - the seller responded on the next working day to my query, agreed a refund of the postage fee and refunded promptly. Good service.

  Really lovely picture that is exactly as shown,arrived on time and was well packaged,dates and name as I required,my only complaint(sorry to say) I ordered a 8" ROUND for the cake on the order form it says 8" round but I received an 8" SQUARE,where the order went wrong I don't know but it's still beautiful and I'll use it

  Ordered in the evening of the 14th July, dispatched on the 15th due to arrive by 17th in time for birthday party on Sunday 20th , but didn’t arrive until Monday 21st . item as described no problem with item , just a pity the use of a very inept Royal Mail as the mail carrier is possibly something that needs to be addressed

  The seller posted items with royal mail but unfortunately they never arrived in time for my grandsons party. I contacted seller and they refunded with no problems. Very quick to deal with queries. I can't comment on the product as still no sign of it 🙄
