  Received only 3 of 4 pieces which I believe resulted from inadequate packaging. When I asked for a $15 or $20 credit the seller tells me he did nothing wrong, that he initiated a follow up with ebay from which they would contact me (which never happened), then to file a claim with the post office.

  Owing to a an oversight with the listing the stones were unable to be sent, that being said the seller was very apologetic and informed me of the issue within an hour of the purchase. These things happen and it would not deter me from future business with this seller.

  This Australian Variscite has beautiful color just as the description said and I'm really happy with it. This was my first transaction with Orecart Lapidary and it was very positive. Jim is personable and promptly responded to my messages. Shipping was super fast and the Variscite was very well packaged. I appreciate the nice gift as well. I will definitely return to this shop.
