  I was so disappointed with the quality of this dress. The straps were some cheap tie up straps that are ugly and cumbersome. It did not have the appearance of the dress in the advertised photo. As you can see from the photo the condition of the fabric appears washed out and faded. The seller offered me an $8.00 refund which is ridiculous for a $31.00 and I can’t go to the post office to return this thing because I have a fractured ankle and it would cost me as much in Lyft to return it.
