Seller made a mistake with the shipping method, which was rectified graciously and generously by the seller. Clearly the signs of great customer service. Communication was made with an immediate reply and with proper English. Handling time was about two days with extra communication about the delivery. Regular air mail took two weeks to arrive. Packaging was discreet as promised by the seller and proper for the product.
