I can tell it was packaged with care, every lens was nicely wrapped in bubble wrap, neatly packed in a box, with a hand written note.   Absolutely stellar experience! The camera lens made its way across the world and arrived in perfect condition, thanks to the seller’s careful and professional packaging. They responded promptly to my questions, personally tested the lens to ensure everything was working, and shipped it out the same day I placed the order. The lens looked exactly as the pictures, and it even appeared to have been dusted with a blower beforehand. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again—highly recommended!

  The item arrived two days sooner than expected and in better condition than described. Osaka-Camera packaged the equipment extremely carefully to avoid damage. The seller was professional and communicated regularly. They thoughtfully left a personal note and other souvenir items, which was a nice touch.
