Quality, condition and appearance of this item or horrible. The value was great though. This hat was shipped to me folded up in a plastic bag. This is not that type of hat to do that too. This hat should have been upright in a box. Instead it was folded with all types of creases and dents in it. About the white one and it came properly. This one came horribly. Now I have to figure out, if possible, I can get the dents out of it and shape it into what it is supposed to be shaped into.👎🏾👎🏾😒
