  The item was sent via Australia Post after payment was cleared. Unfortunately, any delays caused by Australia Post are beyond my control. That said, I’ve already lodged an inquiry with AusPost, and I believe the item should arrive any time now. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

  I’m sorry to hear that your item did not arrive, the item was shipped by Australia Post as soon as payment was cleared. Unfortunately, delays or lost parcels with Aus Post are beyond my control. As a responsible seller, I promptly opened a case with Australia Post, but they were unable to locate the package. Given the situation, we issued you a full refund as a goodwill gesture.
