  While I would not say this was the best eBay experience, seller went above any beyond to make this as positive as possible. Item completely mangled in transit (no fault of seller). Really disappointed by UPS and how poorly they treated this delivery. Boxes bent and torn completely through and main post of umbrella completely snapped. Very upsetting to unbox this.

  From the time of purchase it took a week for a tracking number and 22 days to be delivered. Other than that, I am happy with my purchase. Priced high for its original value but that’s ok. Item was as described and pictured. Packaged just fine.

  Love my flannel shirt! Great price and exactly as described. Only think is that it was not wrapped inside the plastic bag so I almost tore it opening the bag with scissors..when I ship things I I always have a bag inside a bag
