  Cream wasn’t a cream it was liquid and very gritty. Seller said return it. As usual by the time you pay to ship it back ends up being credited, you get barely anything. I should have ordered it from the company my mistake for wanting to help small business!

  I'm so sorry you were unhappy, but I'm unable to refund without a return. I hope you still help the little guys sometimes... A note to others, I've sold many of these philosophy products for my mother and this is the very first complaint. Please see other feedback. Thank you

  Arrived faster than expected. The vacuum was well packaged. I've shopped for this vacuum over a year and this was an excellent price and shipping fees. The vacuum's description was as described -- in A+ condition. However, the base of one of the wheels is bent which forces the opposite wheel off the ground. I imagine that this happened in shipping because the way it is bent meant it took a sudden force as if it was dropped on an angle. It can be fixed, I 'm 100% satisfied. Thank you!
