  Great communication with the seller was an issue with colour from the suppliers of the cage dealt with really quickly and sent by superfast delivery so the cage has arrived in time for the new birds arrival highly recommend this seller as goes above and beyond for sorting out an issue or complication big cheers to them 👍

  I would not recommend this seller. I purchased a brand new parrot cage which arrived covered in surface rust/powder that stained my floor. When I raised my concerns, the seller accused me of “trying something” instead of taking responsibility. They refused to offer any compensation and would only take the cage back if it was in the original packaging (which had already been discarded after delivery). Their attitude was dismissive and unhelpful, showing no concern for product quality or customer

  Bought the bird catching net on 23rd Sept, it has not arrived and I contacted seller on 6th Oct (3 days after last estimated date to arrive) and as of 10th Oct, I still have no net and seller has not bothered to contact me to help me find out where it is. Can't in all honesty recommend this seller. To ignore a buyer who has not received the item they paid for in good faith is not acceptable. I have given you plenty of chances to communicate and you have ignored each one.
