  Really can't fault this company brilliant above and beyond I am in england now and they sent to me from australia and everything went smooth they knew the part and number and sorted my part all from just a conversation outstanding really thankyou and hell yeah I be buying more from them 👍 👍

  I don't know what happened, but shipping took a bit longer than anticipated. Seller did respond to my queries while waiting. Items are of good quality. Installed and no more leaks. Power steering is smooth. I would buy again if ever needed and have no problems recommending this product and seller.

  Had my money for 2wks. Ordered on 22/5 says 2-3days postage. No tracking updates. 29/5 item still not arrived contacted said theyd investigate didnt take any accountability. contacted again as didnt get back to me, said was lost and theyd send another, still no apology. contacted again 2 days later as no update to say they sent the next one or new tracking details. they now offering to send it today even though said they were sending another 2 days ago. terrible customer service do not recommend

  Very unreasonable customer, requested that we refund her for the lost item and ALSO send another one. Therefor, out of pocket 2 items plus the cost of the goods. This is not how a business operates. Thanks

  Item never shipped, no communication from seller, didn’t answer calls or emails. Took 2 weeks and then had to get eBay to organise a refund. Would not recommend buying from this shop.

  This customer lives in another country so his order is an International order, we are only contactable on emails or a local mobile number in this case. Not via whatsapp etc. Customer has not messaged us on the ebay system either. The item had been held at customs clearance in the customer's country. We have now fully refunded the customer and the item is making its way back to us.

  Ad said express but was sent standard post. I messaged the seller with concern that it won't get here as it was sent normal not express. The seller told me it was definitely sent express and would get to me by the next day or two. A week later it arrives with box damaged and no longer needed. Very disappointed
