They apologized said they would cancel and refund since I no longer needed it (it was for a birthday). They did neither so I have a cake topper I don't need and no refund. Would not recommend buying from this seller unless you don't mind waiting weeks for your items with no communication. It also came on a black base and not a red base as pictured.
