  A very strange transaction. The product came in official Braun packaging yet the shaver head was missing the essential spring components, and when I requested the seller to send me another from a package I authorized them to open and inspect, they just refunded my purchase, which they did promptly. I am leaving this note as a notice of this very unexpected situation--how many parts either real or very sophisticated copies are out there...?

  The head on my husband's electric shaver broke and when we discovered that apparently there are no retail/brick and mortar establishments nearby that sell replacement parts for shavers, we went online. I have discontinued using Amazon so eBay was the proper choice for us. This vendor provided excellent customer service and the part my husband needed was in stock. I especially appreciated free delivery and free returns. Thanks, pashd-28!!!
