  Items had about ten pounds of dust on them. Would have been nice to at least clean them of before sending them out. Other then that item does the job

  These have been out of production for years, and were described as NOS. I did clean off the boxes before shipping them, so the complaint is whatever dust is left after I cleaned them off, or whatever dust made it inside the boxes. I did not remove all 24 bulbs and polish each one. I advise you to request your surplus NOS industrial light bulbs be individually cleaned and polished in the future.
