I can't tell you how many other sellers from over seas play games. We are a USA (Texas) seller. However he is venting about OTHER DEALERS overseas. Yes they can play games. He is referring I think to .01 auction where they don't get enough money. WE do NOT play those games. Just trying to clarify here....
