  Best shop Service Ever! I purchased items from multiple sellers at the same time so I got to see how multiple sellers handle their business. A shop on Etsy went radio silent on me for 6 plus days and still haven’t gotten back to me. This seller and its shop is completely different—if I had a question they were there within there immediately. They also provided me with additional hex prints to make of my own to fully enjoy the scenarios, additionally his product was the FIRST to arrive!

  Item was "sealed" and promoted as new, but infact it was incomplete in terms of miniatures which was the primary selling feature of the expansion. Vendor suggested I pursue issue with the manufacturer who could not/did not resolve the issue. So I purchased - for a premium price - an incomplete boardgame from this vendor. Vendor offered discounts on other merchandise but not a resolution to the issue itself.

  Item was shipped factory-sealed from Plastic Soldier Company (PSC) Ltd in original condition. Buyer broke seal and reported one missing figure — a rare manufacturer packing error. I offered multiple remedies, including doubling a partial refund, a store discount, or $100 off a new expansion. Buyer declined all options and left negative feedback.
