I had no chance to respond to the problem! I have strict processes and standards for shipping. For one thing, more than one board is always sent in a cardboard box instead of a bubble wrap bag. Secondly, all orders are photographed during packing. The buyer demonstrably received his order in the box. I am therefore extremely surprised by the buyer's statement....
