  I bought a laptop for work, it arrived sticky as if it was doused with glue! I couldn't use it because the whole case stuck to my hands, and I had to replace it, which cost me $60. The seller didn't indicate that there were such problems! And he didn't want to compensate for the damages, he said that he sold me the laptop cheaply.

  Received as described and it shipped quickly. My only minor gripe is that the battery holds a charge for maybe 10 min. Battery health wasn't guaranteed, but a general lenght of charge hold would have helped me. Unit works though, no issues with functionality.
