  Packaging was excellent! Received quickly. Great Price! Printer was in great shape, clean, and as described. There was just a little issue with the drive belt missing some teeth. When I sent photos, seller gave credit for the price of a new belt. Excellent Seller; Good Transaction.

They were extremely kind about giving me a fair price, and the way they packed up my delicate item was stellar, to put it mildly: these guys could box up a soap bubble and send it across the country without it popping. And seeing as they've been on Ebay for over a decade and sold nearly 50,000 items, I think I know why.   Everything about this purchase was great. The item arrived in perfect condition, exactly as described, and worked right out of the box.
