  Shipping was fast, packaging was great, great value, and item looked to be as described but the item was defective. The bulbs wouldn't fit in the actual handheld device. I reached out to the seller and the immediately gave me a refund. Customer service was great! Although my item didn't come in as expected I would recommend this seller! Overall it was a positive experience. I ended up buying a new on Amazon.

  When the item did not arrive, this Seller promptly apologized, refunded my money, and then send me a slightly smaller replacement without charging me for it. He did everything he could, and more. Buy with confidence from this Seller.

  I purchased from this seller the money was immediately taken out of my debit card, a couple of days later the tracking was updated at the USPS And said a shipping label was created just awaiting the item and it stayed like that for about four weeks, so that means the seller took the money and never shipped the item, after I filed a complaint with eBay, eBay stepped in and refunded me my money, this was my experience with this seller, so be careful

  I purchased this shelf specifically because it had 10 hooks, which was ideal for my needs. Unfortunately, the shelf I received did not match the one featured in the pictures; it had 23 hooks instead. The seller has a no-return policy and did not respond to my message regarding this discrepancy. On a positive note, the item was well-packaged, arrived in good condition, and was delivered quickly.
