  Item (A Philips TV antenna) was as described on ebay, & it arrived in good time, faster than what I'm used to. It works well. One thing to remember with over the air TV antennas is that the location of the antenna in relation to where TV station transmitters are is the key factor. This is on ground level in a window, & facing West, where the NYC, NJ, Connecticut, & some LI stations transmit. Not as good as an outdoor elevated antenna I use, but good enough.
