  Great customer service, as this was not the shippers error .it came in to late from the carrier sitting on the package.ask for a refund and ,no question asked .Just issued a refund because it arrived late.Exceptional Seller .Product arrived finally it was perfect condition,As described .Nice upgrade for an FK* .Just to bad i don't have this car in the shop no more.   Packaging could be a little better. Contents made holes in the box. Shipping company left the package leaning against my mailbox at the street rather than walk 50 feet to put it on the porch. With free shipping I guess you take what you get. Shipping was fast and it wasn’t raining so the contents of the package arrived unharmed. Everything was there and as described.

  The tail light arrived in perfect condition—great quality, exactly as described, and very well-packaged. What really stood out was the exceptional customer service.   Have no issues with seller. This was 5 star. But the seller's vendor is trash. Beware of these lights. Mine arrived with finger prints inside the housing. Where the consumer couldn't touch. Seller gave me proper partial refund. Sellers vendor told us both to basically kick rocks when we tried to replace just one. I have to purchase another set now. Will the lights do function...the aesthetics is horrible looking.

I reached out to the seller and they responded quickly and professionally. Without any hassle, they refunded the funds even though only one light was broken.
