  Unfortunately, my experience with Perfect Phone was disappointing. Upon receiving the product, it was immediately clear that it was faulty — the power button required an unusually long time to respond before the screen would turn on, and the display itself was damaged. While I understand that defects or transport damage can occur, what concerned me most was the lack of communication from the seller. My messages were either ignored or not addressed properly, which made the situation worse.
