Pet Expectations was established in 2005. I moved to Utah from Florida and wanted to start a pet business. I started out pet sitting and helping customers get organized in case something happened to them, what would happen to their pets. I received a catalog from Lupine Collars & Leads with a sample Keychain in 1" Doggie Dreams. I was impressed with the quality and patterns available. I was also shocked to learn they guaranteed their products "even if chewed". I contacted Lupine to become one of their retailers.

I quickly learned they retired patterns. I approached them about remarketing retired patterns to their customers. It allowed me to stand out from all of the other retailers offering Lupine. I understood the attachment customers had to these patterns and how once a pet passed away, they were unable to use it for another pet. I feel Lupine offers a very unique product that customers become very connected to.
