  I believe this buyer has us confused with another vendor. The part that was ordered was new and fully functional. We never heard any communication from the buyer. There has been no return or cancellation and we have heard nothing from ebay. We have tried to reach out to the buyer to better understand the situation. The buyer has not answered any of our attempts. We strive to provide High quality product at a fantastic price with fast shipping and great customer service.

  The part came in the time it was promised but the connector is a female connector and needs to be a male connector. Doesn't fix my problem. Not sure why the vent would be different. It fits in every other way.
