  Then item was installed and works great. It arrived in a good amount of time. I would have given it 5 stars, but the box it was packaged in was damaged and the item was not protected inside the box. Thank goodness it wasn't damaged in transit. Cost was very good and came as described. I would definitely buy from this seller again.

  I left my original review before the updated communications with the seller. In no way was this a fault of the seller, but moreover a reminder for those who purchase this item in the future to check all inserts for defects. I have no gripe with seller and everything else was perfect in regard of the item and its shipping and seller communication.

  This guy is a joke. He emailed, very kindly, and said one of the inserts was a factory defect. No pictures. Nothing. I offered to send him a full set. All in writing. He said it was cool. Don't worry about it. We then chatted for the day about BMWs etc...Don't do business with gaslighters. Time-sert stocks our business. All factory. Moreover, they purchase this at a huge discount as we don't work on BMWs anymore. Karens are the worst.

  I was not impressed with the whole transaction, 1)Delay in shipping 2)wrong picture/ or item 3) shipped item looks dirty, unclean or looks dirty. 4)Delay for my refund I have to call eBay customer service for my refund after I did my returns to him

  Buyer made false claims that the part was used. It was NOS and has been on a shelf for decades in front of a window. The color faded slightly from time of picture to when it was shipped. It had been listed on ebay for over 6 years. Moreover, it took three weeks for USPS to deliver item as it was stuck in their towns distribution center. Ebay does not release funds until delivered. It is not our fault that buyer bought the wrong item. Once returned, it sold the next day to someone else.
