  We purchased a Paper Towel Holder. A roll of Bounty towels would not fit on the holder because it was too wide at the bottom. We explained this to the seller who stated to initiate the "Return Process". We returned the item but still had to absorb the initial freight and the return freight. We were credited for only the price of the item. So, the seller got back the item and we had to absorb $34.04. That's a "Win-Win" for the seller and a $34.04 loss for the buyer. Bad Reputation !!!!!
