Following emails to seller which were unsympathetic they eventually answered at 1.45 am and at 4am they said that if I did not respond they would contact ebay. and had I opened the parcel. If I hadnt opened it how would I have known a significant piece was missing! It seems they hope you dont open the parcel so that you dont notice anything missing. Be warned I am still waiting for help from ebay
