  Seller was prompt in replying to my inquiry message. Given the holiday the day after ordering, the seller made a solid effort shipping the product to me earlier that arrived earlier than expected. The product was bubble wrapped with added foam. The USPS and weather were harsh conditions that placed stress on the box, but all the product all appears to be sealed properly.

  My purchase experience was fine. Fast shipping, packaged well and good price! Just not the same flavor I remember when I was previously an Isagenix fan 5 years ago. Also, I very much dislike the cardboard scoop. Very flimsy. But neither of these complaints are the fault of the seller. Seller still recommended for Isagenix product.
